G.R Wright & Sons Ltd are pleased to introduce Wright’s Bakery Ingredients, a multi-million pound development located at Delta Park, just a short distance away from our own flour milling site in Enfield.

Wright’s Bakery Ingredients focusses on the production and supply of high quality bread and cake mixes, powder concentrates and speciality flour blends, supplying multiple retailers, in-store and artisan bakeries and industrial food manufacturers.

Our mixes are produced using our own flour milled by us from UK and Canadian wheat guaranteeing manufacturing consistency and giving us complete control over product quality.

The new facility features a state of the art test bakery, a resource available to customers for the development of recipes and training workshops.

Our in house development team aim to assist in the development of new product development projects with our customers and will lead the way in innovation.
