Welcome to Wright’s baking ingredients

Wright’s are pleased to introduce Wright’s Bakery Ingredients, a newly opened purpose built development located at Delta Park, Enfield and is just a short distance away from our existing flour milling site in Ponders End.

Wright’s Bakery Ingredients focusses on the production and supply of high quality bread and cake mixes, powder concentrates and speciality flour blends, supplying multiple retailers, in-store and artisan bakeries and industrial food manufacturers.

Our mixes are produced using flour milled by us from UK and Canadian wheat guaranteeing manufacturing consistency and giving us complete control over product quality.

The new facility features a state of the art test bakery, a resource available to customers for the development of recipes.

Our in-house technical department are available to work with customers on projects to develop new products that will lead the way in innovation.
